Company Overview

We provide screw blades to meet needs throughout Japan, solving problems with delivery schedule, quality, cost, and experienced worker shortage and providing screw blades that are cheaper, faster, and of higher quality with a uniform finish.

Primary Products / Services

Screw blade plates made of SS400 or SUS304 material with plate thickness of 9t or less and outer diameter of 450φ or less. Responding to customer requests for spiral leaf springs and other screw-shaped products.

Our practical experience and knowledge of screws is top in the industry.
Skilled craftsmen used to make use of special molds to produce such products, but by developing our own propriety screw blade bending machine, we are able to produce high-quality, low-cost screw plates (spiral plates). We are equipped to manufacture a range of such products, both small and large.

Future Prospects & Areas of Interest

We plan to continue exploring the possibilities of spiral structures. We also seek to promote development of a new screw model with inclined blades for efficient vertical conveyance. Normally such devices are installed perpendicular to the axis, but by tilting it we have achieved energy savings. Plus, by combining two inclined blades, we create an internal space which allows solvent to flow through, enabling heating or cooling during operation and thereby enhancing energy efficiency and also reducing operating time
